PocketMuse（以下简称"本应用"）由个人开发者耿晨光（Chenguang Geng）（以下简称"我们"）开发和运营。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并将按照法律法规的要求，采取相应的保护措施，保护您的个人信息安全。

请您在使用本应用前，仔细阅读并充分理解本政策。您使用或继续使用本应用，即表示您同意我们按照本政策处理您的相关信息。
定义
- 个人信息：以电子或者其他方式记录的、与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息。
- 用户内容：您在本应用中创建、上传或保存的文字、图片、视频、录音，以及您与 AI 功能交互时产生的对话和生成结果。
- AI 服务商：为本应用的 AI 功能提供模型服务的第三方，详见本政策第二节。
一、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息
我们仅在实现本应用功能所必需的范围内收集和使用您的个人信息。
（一）账号注册与登录
当您注册或登录本应用时，我们需要收集您的电子邮箱地址，用于创建账号、验证身份和必要的服务通知。
当您选择"通过 Apple 登录"时，我们会从 Apple 获得您的账号标识符和电子邮箱地址。若您选择"隐藏邮件地址"，我们获得的是 Apple 生成的中转邮箱地址，无法获知您的真实邮箱地址。
您可以自行设置昵称和头像。头像为可选项。
（二）保存与同步用户内容
为向您提供项目保存和跨设备同步功能，使您在更换设备或重新安装本应用后仍可使用原有内容，我们会存储您的用户内容，包括项目及其简介、灵感卡片、灵感记录（含文字、图片、视频与录音），以及您与 AI 专家的对话和生成结果。
上述内容仅用于向您提供本应用的服务。除为处理您主动提出的问题反馈、或依据法律法规要求外，我们不会访问您的用户内容。
（三）AI 功能
当您使用 AI 功能（包括与 AI 专家讨论、整理成果、生成图片、理解图片与视频）时，我们会将完成该次请求所必需的信息发送至 AI 服务商处理，包括：您在讨论中输入的文字、您为讨论添加的图片和视频，以及当前项目中与讨论相关的内容。
在您首次使用 AI 功能前，本应用会单独告知并征得您的同意。若您不使用 AI 功能，上述信息不会发送至 AI 服务商。
您的用户内容不会被用于训练人工智能模型。 我们不将其用于此目的；本应用使用 AI 服务商的付费 API 服务，依据其服务条款，经 API 提交的内容不会被用于训练或改进其模型。
AI 生成的内容可能存在不准确之处，请您结合自身判断使用。
（四）会员订阅
当您购买会员订阅时，购买与支付由 Apple 完成。我们会获取并保存订阅状态、有效期及 Apple 提供的交易标识，用于确认和管理您的会员权益。我们不会获取或保存您的银行卡号等支付信息。
（五）服务运行与安全
为保障服务的正常运行、排查故障、防范滥用并合理控制服务用量，我们会记录与您账号相关的服务日志与诊断信息，包括功能请求结果、错误代码、响应时长以及 AI 功能的使用次数。
（六）设备权限
本应用仅在您使用相关功能时申请以下系统权限。您可以随时在设备的"设置"中关闭，关闭后将无法使用对应功能，但不影响其他功能：

（七）我们不收集的信息
我们不收集您的位置信息、通讯录或广告标识符。本应用未集成任何第三方广告或统计分析工具，不会跨应用或网站追踪您，也不会出售您的个人信息。
二、我们如何委托处理、共享和公开披露您的个人信息
（一）委托处理
为向您提供服务，我们会委托以下服务商处理必要的信息。我们仅提供实现相应功能所必需的信息，并要求其按照我们的指示、本政策及相关法律法规处理：

（二）共享
除上述委托处理外，我们不会与任何第三方共享您的个人信息，但以下情形除外：
- 事先获得您的明确同意；
- 根据法律法规、诉讼或行政、司法机关的要求；
- 为保护您、其他用户或公众的人身、财产安全所必需。
（三）转让
如本应用发生运营主体变更，我们将要求新的运营者继续受本政策约束，并以适当方式告知您。
（四）公开披露
我们不会公开披露您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。
三、我们如何存储和保护您的个人信息
（一）存储期限
我们在您的账号存续期间存储您的个人信息和用户内容。您可以在本应用中随时编辑或删除项目、卡片和灵感记录。
当您删除账号后，我们将删除您的账号信息、全部用户内容、上传与生成的文件以及会员记录。服务器的例行备份中可能仍留存副本，该等副本将在备份周期届满后自动清除。Apple 将依据其政策保存您的购买记录。
（二）安全措施
我们采取符合业界标准的安全措施保护您的个人信息，包括：
- 数据传输全程采用加密连接；
- 在数据库层面实施访问控制，确保每位用户仅能访问其本人的数据；
- 服务端权限遵循最小必要原则，并定期检查。
请您理解，互联网环境并非绝对安全。如不幸发生个人信息安全事件，我们将依法及时告知您事件情况、可能的影响及已采取的处置措施。
四、您的个人信息如何跨境传输
我们的服务器及 AI 服务商均位于美国。您使用本应用，即表示您的个人信息将传输至美国并在美国存储和处理。我们会通过本政策所述的措施，确保您的个人信息获得与本政策一致的保护。
五、您的权利
您对您的个人信息享有以下权利：
- 访问与更正：您可以在本应用中查看和修改您的昵称、头像等账号信息。
- 删除：您可以随时删除项目、卡片和灵感记录；也可以在"设置 → 删除账号"中注销账号，注销后您的信息将按本政策第三节删除且无法恢复。注销账号不会自动取消 Apple 订阅，请您在 Apple 账户的订阅设置中自行取消。
- 获取副本：会员用户可在本应用中导出成果文档；如需获取其他信息的副本，请与我们联系。
- 撤回同意：您可以选择不使用 AI 功能；如需撤回已作出的同意，或撤回对设备权限的授权，可通过设备设置关闭权限或与我们联系。撤回同意不影响撤回前基于您的同意已进行的处理。

六、我们如何处理未成年人的个人信息
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下的儿童。如您是未成年人，请在监护人的同意和指导下使用本应用。如我们发现在未事先获得可证实的监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童的个人信息，将尽快删除相关数据。

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新后的政策将在本页面发布，并更新上方的"更新日期"。对于重大变更，我们将通过应用内通知等适当方式另行告知您。

Introduction
PocketMuse (the "App") is developed and operated by Chenguang Geng, an individual developer ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use the App, and the choices you have.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. Please read it carefully.
Definitions
- Personal information: any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
- User Content: the text, photos, videos and audio you create, upload or save in the App, and the conversations and outputs produced when you use its AI features.
- AI Providers: the third parties that provide models for the App's AI features, listed in Section 4.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the App.
Account information. When you register or sign in, we collect your email address to create your account, verify your identity and send essential service messages. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive an account identifier and an email address from Apple; if you choose "Hide My Email", we receive an Apple relay address and do not learn your real email address. You may also set a display name and, optionally, a profile photo.
User Content. To save your projects and sync them across your devices, so your work remains available if you change devices or reinstall the App, we store your User Content, including projects and briefs, idea cards, inspirations (text, photos, videos and audio), and your conversations with the AI experts and their outputs.
Purchase information. Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive and store your subscription status, expiry and the transaction identifiers Apple provides in order to manage your membership. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Service and diagnostic data. To operate the App, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and manage usage, we record service logs and diagnostic data linked to your account, such as request outcomes, error codes, response times and the number of AI requests you make.
Device permissions. The App requests the following permissions only when you use the related feature. You can withdraw them at any time in your device settings; the related feature will then be unavailable.
- Camera / Photos: to capture or select photos and videos for your projects.
- Microphone: to record voice notes and dictate text.
- Speech Recognition: to transcribe speech into text, on your device where supported, otherwise by Apple's speech recognition service.
Information we do not collect. We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifiers. The App contains no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell your personal information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- provide, maintain and sync the App and your User Content;
- provide AI features you request;
- manage your account and membership, including daily usage limits;
- troubleshoot, secure the App and prevent abuse;
- respond to your requests and communicate with you about the service.
User Content is used only to provide the App to you. We do not access it except to respond to a problem you report to us or where required by law.
3. AI Features
When you use an AI feature (discussing with the AI experts, organizing results, generating images, or understanding photos and videos), we send the information needed for that request to an AI Provider: the text you enter, the photos and videos you add to the discussion, and the relevant content of the current project.
The App asks for your consent before you use AI features for the first time. If you do not use AI features, this information is not sent to any AI Provider.
Your User Content is not used to train AI models. We do not use it for that purpose, and the App uses the AI Providers' paid API services, under whose terms content submitted through the API is not used to train or improve their models.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate. Please use your own judgment.
4. How We Share Your Information
Service providers. We engage the following service providers to operate the App. They receive only the information needed for their function and process it on our behalf under their agreements with us:

Other disclosures. We do not otherwise share your personal information, except (a) with your consent; (b) where required by law, legal process or a governmental request; or (c) where necessary to protect the safety, rights or property of you, other users or the public. If the operation of the App is transferred to another party, we will require it to honor this Policy and notify you.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information and User Content for as long as your account exists. You can edit or delete projects, cards and inspirations in the App at any time.
When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account), we delete your account information, all User Content, uploaded and generated files and membership records. Copies may persist in routine backups until those backups expire. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; please cancel it in your Apple account settings.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections for all data in transit, database access controls that limit each user to their own data, and least-privilege server permissions that we review regularly. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
7. International Data Transfers
Our servers and AI Providers are located in the United States. By using the App, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States. We protect it as described in this Policy wherever it is processed.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. In the App you can view and update your account information, delete your content, export result documents (a Member feature) and delete your account. You may choose not to use AI features, and you can withdraw device permissions in your device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

9. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other appropriate means.
